How do you find leaks without ripping everything up?

Thermal cameras show temperature differences caused by moisture. We can usually pinpoint the exact location without touching a thing. We only open up once we know where to look.

Will my insurance cover this?

Most home insurance policies cover trace and access. We provide the reports and documentation your insurer needs.

How long does it take?

Most residential leak investigations take one to three hours. Bigger properties or unusual setups might take longer but we will give you an idea of timescale before we start.

What if the leak is in a shared wall or communal area?

We work in flats and managed buildings regularly. We coordinate with managing agents and neighbours as needed. It is not a problem.

Do you fix the leak as well or just find it?

Both. We handle the whole thing. Find it, fix it, put it all back together. One team, one visit where possible.
