How quickly can you send a plumber?

Standard jobs usually booked within a day or two. Emergencies we try to get someone to you the same day. Ring us and we will tell you the next available slot.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Phone quotes are free. If we need to visit the property to quote accurately, we will tell you that upfront. Most straightforward repairs can be quoted from a phone call or a photo.

Will the plumber have the right parts?

Usually, yes. Our vans carry taps, valves, washers, pipe fittings, connectors, all the common bits. For unusual or specialist parts we might need to order in and come back the next day.

Do you work on commercial properties?

We do. Offices, restaurants, shops, managed buildings. Same rates, same standards.

What guarantee do you offer?

12 months on parts and labour. If something we fixed develops a fault within that time, we come back and sort it at no cost.
