Common questions

How long does it take?

A standard bathroom refit takes about 7 to 10 working days. Wet rooms and larger bathrooms can take a bit longer. We give you a clear timeline before we start and stick to it.

Do you supply the fixtures?

We can supply everything, or we can install products you have already bought. Your choice. If you want advice on what to buy, we are happy to suggest suppliers and products.

Can you do a wet room conversion?

Yes. A wet room needs careful tanking and drainage design to make the floor completely waterproof. We have done a lot of them and can tell you if your bathroom is suitable.

Do I need to move out?

No. We work room by room. If you have a second loo or bathroom elsewhere in the house, you will have facilities throughout the project.

What about the guarantee?

12 months on all our plumbing and installation work. Product warranties are separate and vary by manufacturer.
